1.Material note: Garnet is a natural gemstone with good hardness but should still be handled with care — avoid forceful impact. Sterling silver components naturally oxidize and require regular polishing.
2.Allergy risk: Sterling silver parts may oxidize or cause allergic reactions for sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
3.Care tips: Avoid contact with water, perfume, skincare products, or sweat. Keep dry after use and store separately to prevent scratches.
4.Warranty: Covers structural issues (e.g., loose beads, broken links) within 3 months of delivery under normal use. Excludes misuse, oxidation, or plating wear.
5.Shipping damage: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos (outer packaging, item, and shipping label). Later reports will be considered as normal receipt.
6.Returns: Not accepted for minor color variations, handmade marks, or natural material differences. If materials are out of stock, replacement or refund will be arranged.
