📦 Packaging Options
• Standard protective packaging (included): This may be a mailer box, bubble mailer, or waterproof bag depending on the order size.
🎁 Gift wrap option
• The fee covers both the decorative wrap (value ~CAD 2–3) and the extra postage cost.
• With gift packaging, shipping weight nearly doubles. To avoid overcharging non-gift orders, I list items with the weight for standard packaging only and personally cover the extra postage (sometimes even subsidizing part of it).
🛡️ Care & After-Sales (Summary)
1. Material note: Suitable for sensitive skin, but if irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
2. Care tips: Avoid contact with water, perfume, skincare products, or sweat. Keep dry after use and store separately to prevent scratches.
3. Warranty: Covers structural issues (e.g., loose beads, broken links) within 3 months of delivery under normal use. Excludes misuse, oxidation, or plating wear.
4. Shipping damage: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos (outer packaging, item, and shipping label). Later reports will be considered normal receipt.
5. Returns: Not accepted for minor color variations, handmade marks, or natural material differences. If materials are out of stock, replacement or refund will be arranged.


✨ I’m still a new seller, so most of my materials come from different suppliers. Because each workshop has its own techniques, there may be slight color differences or variations in how long the plating lasts — thank you for understanding.
Since my shop is just starting out, I usually don’t keep a lot of extra stock at home. I restock at least twice a week based on orders, but if I need to order materials online, it may take 5–15 days for them to arrive. Plus, all pieces are handmade and scheduled in order, so if an item is not in stock, please allow up to 5–25 business days before shipping. Orders are shipped together, not split.

💡 Please note: handmade jewelry may show tiny handmade marks, and natural gemstone materials often come with their own little flaws. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same — that’s also the beauty of it. I can’t promise your piece will be 100% identical down to the last detail as in the photos, but it will always be unique, one of a kind, and made with care.
