• The fee covers both the decorative wrap (value ~CAD 2–3) and the extra postage cost.
• With gift packaging, shipping weight nearly doubles. To avoid overcharging non-gift orders, I list items with the weight for standard packaging only and personally cover the extra postage (sometimes even subsidizing part of it).

• Material note: Pearls and gemstones are durable but avoid strong impact. Silver naturally oxidizes and requires polishing.
• Allergy risk: Silver may oxidize and cause irritation — discontinue use if discomfort occurs.
• Care tips: Avoid water, perfume, skincare, or sweat. Wipe dry after wear and store separately.
• Warranty: 3 months coverage for loose beads or broken links under normal use. Excludes misuse, oxidation, or plating wear.
• Shipping damage: Report within 48h with photos (outer box, item, and label).
• Returns: Not accepted for small natural variations or handmade marks. Replacement/refund only if material out of stock.
