4.Warranty: Covers loose beads or broken wire within 3 months of normal use. Excludes plating wear or misuse.
5.Shipping Damage: Report within 48 hours with photos of package, item, and shipping label.
6.Returns: Not accepted for natural pearl variations or handmade marks. Replacement or refund arranged if materials are unavailable.
